Robert Parker (90)
Roulot’s 2020 Bourgogne Blanc is promising, mingling aromas of citrus oil and fresh hazelnuts with hints of buttery pastry. Medium to full-bodied, satiny and precise, it’s pure and nicely concentrated, concluding with chalky grip.
Jasper Morris (90)
From lots of vineyards, with different picking dates. Pale colour. The nose is more discreet than the Aligoté but very classy nonetheless. Lovely fresh apples, clean and crisp, with a beautifully poised finish, nothing ultra-intense but really fine. And so persistent.
