Marked by scents of clove, allspice, cola and plum, the medium to full-bodied 2019 Bandol Cuvee Classique is concentrated, dense and creamy in texture, with an appealing suppleness that would make it almost drinkable already—except for the drying, dusty finish. Give it a few more years before broaching a bottle.
