70% Pinot Bianco, 25% Chardonnay and 5% Sauvignon Blanc aged for 18 months in large oak casks.
A fantastic, minerally fruit nose with complex oak hints. Sappy and a little racy and great purity of fruit on the palate. Fine, long citric finish, and with hints of minerally, salty notes. Definitely needs more time. (WS)
