The 2022 Riesling Zeltinger Sonnenuhr Kabinett Fuder 6 (White Capsule) is pure and flinty on the finely slatey and distinctively saline nose that indicates remarkable complexity and terroir character. Tight and seriously long and intense on the palate, this is a medium to full-bodied Kabinett with a moderate 10.5% stated alcohol. The wine is silky, refined and elegant, stimulatingly saline and crystalline and proves the outstanding quality of the ZSU. As always, this is one of the best buys of the vintage not only chez Molitor but in all of Mosel. Natural cork. Tasted at the domaine in August 2024 form AP 41 23.
