Winespectator (91)
Ripe and streamlined, with a pretty beam of gently mulled plum, currant and raspberry fruit, flecked with dried anise and fruitcake notes. Ends with a juicy, brambly edge on the finish. Just starting to open up. This was bottled under the Niepoort label from 1992 through 2000
