From vines up to 35 years old on a rocky, southwest-facing part of the Winklerberg, the 2021 Winklerberg Hinter Winklen Weissburgunder GG Gras im Ofen offers a pure, floral and flinty, intense and yeasty bouquet of white fruits, crushed stones and herbs. Full-bodied, dense and concentrated on the palate, this is a rich, dense and tight, very mineral and substantial Pinot Blanc with great complexity and length. The acidity is fine, ripe and saline and intertwined with crunchy tannins and this creamy sur lies texture. Impressive Pinot Blanc. 13% stated alcohol. Natural cork.
