Aromas of pear, mint, white cherries and flowers introduce Savart’s rare 2015 Brut Nature Expression Rosé, a medium to full-bodied, layered and vibrant wine that’s delicate but concentrated, with good tension at the core and a pure, precise, intensely chalky finish. Like the regular Expression, this is vinified in 500-liter barrels, seeing the addition of some still red wine to give it its color.
