Offering up aromas of pear, honeycomb, white flowers and toasted bread, the 2015 Ambonnay Grand Cru is medium to full-bodied, fleshy and incisive, with an elegantly muscular structure and tangy acids, complemented by a pillowy mousse. Disgorged in July 2020 with three grams per liter dosage, it’s the second rendition from this newly acquired site for Bérêche.
