An exuberantly fresh, citrus-infused and pure nose of Granny Smith apple and spice wisps introduces racy, stony and utterly delicious flavors that are supported by bright but not drying acidity on the chiseled, youthfully austere and sneaky long finish. This is lovely for its level plus it has the potential to repay 2 to 3 years of keeping. A quality Bourgogne.
