This is the most floral-infused wine in the range with hints of violet, lavender, rose petal and acacia adding real breadth to the overtly spicy dark berry fruit aromas. There is a bit more volume to the equally stony and muscular flavors that evidence a bit more power on the lingering, palate coating and complex finale where hints of both mocha and warmth emerge. I would again make the observation that this is very good though it’s not typical.
