A bright red, evoking floral, black currant, black cherry, spice and leafy vegetal aromas and flavors. Boasts a beam of acidity and refined tannins, which lend overall elegance. Balanced and long.

Picked on 20thAugust. Lively vivid deep purple. Inky depths, red and rather more black fruit with some chocolate notes. All destemmed. The ripeness is a little bit too extreme for my palate.
