Vivid maroon color. Powerful raspberry and cherry-cola scents are complemented by suggestions of mocha and candied flowers. Pliant and expansive on the palate, offering juicy red and blue fruit, spicecake and candied rose flavors that slowly firm up through the mid-palate. Possesses very good depth as well as energy and finishes impressively long and smooth, with fine-grained tannins framing lingering cherry and floral notes. 40% new French oak.
