Pretty and airy if timid aromas of yeast, just sliced lemon, quinine and a hint of green apple complement the yeasty and saliva-inducing middle weight flavors that are supported by a moderately firm fine-beaded mousse before culminating in a mildly austere and very dry finale. This crisp effort could use a bit more complexity but given how young this is, more should develop over the next few years.
