This single malt is produced at the famous distillery in Hokkaido. Normally this whisky has a peaty, smoky character in which it is not inferior to the Scottish variants from Islay. However, this version offers you the chance to discover the Yoichi in a new light: unpeated.
This edition is malty, fruity and spicy. The Yoichi evokes both Lowland and Speyside associations.
