Old wine casks haunt the background alongside wooden fruit crates, gooseberry, and the faint bitterness of cucumber skin. The sherry oak influence is bold and unmistakable, bringing rubbery smokes and a resinous firmness. Sandy undertones drift into kippery brine and robust cigar leaf—aged and austere. Whirls of earthy decay wrap it all in an evocative, melancholic swirl.

Palate – Buttermilk-soaked earth with a dunnage warehouse character. Melon and tropical fruits—ripe and syrupy—offer a sweet opening before light oak and vanilla step in. A whisper of peat, ashy and delicate, tempers the sweetness. The wood’s extracts add a striking minty dryness, creating a compelling contrast. Sour green apples and musky wood build alongside earthy peat, weaving a tapestry of wood, malt, and smoke—married with absolute finesse.
