The 2022 Mâcon-Fuissé Les Bruyères comes from blue schistous soils with a northerly orientation located in Fuissé. This has a well-defined bouquet with more complexity than the Les Serreuxdières, and there is more terroir expression here thanks to those aforementioned soils. The palate is fresh and vibrant, with lovely salinity. The finish is not long, but I appreciate the citric drive of this Mâcon-Fuissé.
