The wine is made of a blend of 10% Meunier, 10% Fromenteau Pinot Gris, 10% Pinot Blanc, 10% Pinot Noir, 20% Arbanne, 20% Petit Meslier, 20% Chardonnay. Malolactic fermentation done and aged on lattes for a minimum of 48 months.
