A refreshing, dry and precise blanc de blancs that has aromas of chalk, sliced apples, lemons and blanched almonds. It’s medium-bodied with very fine, elegant bubbles. Chalky finish. 1g/L dosage.

At each harvest there is a great disparity between the parcels of old vines located at the bottom of the hill and those on the hillside. The large square is a plot located at the bottom of the hill from which you can admire our magnificent grassy and wooded hillside. I harvest it when ripe first to keep the crunchiness, freshness and fruitiness of the Chardonnays.
