Billy Walker has expanded the core range with a 21 year old version. This beautiful whisky is aged on Pedro Ximénez Puncheons and Hogsheads and is bottled at a nice cask strength of 51.4%. The whisky is released in very small batches and therefore has very limited availability.
The first batch consists of vintages from 1997 and 1998 and consists of five barrels in total. Only 1,600 bottles are available worldwide.
