The 2022 Chardonnay Fynbos is a worthy follow-up to the excellent 2021. With great precision and focus on the nose, there’s impressive mineralité, and the aromatics hold your attention and gain intensity in the glass with aeration. The palate is fresh and vibrant on the entry. Plenty of energy is coiled up in this Chardonnay with hints of white pepper, fennel and orange pith towards the persistent finish. Excellent.
