The domaine owns just over 1 ha. 80% destemmed. Brief cold maceration. 18 months in barrel, of which 50% new. Cask sample.
Quite deeply coloured and a darker hue than most. Dark fruited too, with oak spice quite evident at this stage. A little peppery. Chewy, moreish and darkly stony. Embryonically elegant with good length. (JH)
