This was raised completely in stainless but the nose is deceptive as it seems as though there is some oak influence on the very fresh aromas of pepper and various red berries. The supple, easy and delicious flavors are very much built on their fruit before terminating in a dusty and rustic finish. To enjoy upon release.

A 50:50 blend of pinot and gamay, picked by machine. Fresh crimson, with an immediate and lively red fruit, delicious from the start. Salivating stuff, fresh and gourmand at the same time.
