Tangy and surprisingly acid-driven given its provenance in Maranges and the Beaujolais, the 2019 Bourgogne Blanc is medium-bodied, bright and mineral, evocative of pear, orange oil and nutmeg. It’s more elegant and precise than its 2018 counterpart.
