A wonderfully spicy and vaguely exotic nose reflects notes of citrus confit, Granny Smith apple and orange peel. The impressively dense and gorgeously textured middleweight flavors flash an almost pungent minerality on the superbly long finish. This is a knockout and aligoté doesn’t get much better plus it will age.
