This has a cheesy character with apples and pears as well as dried flowers and leafy herbs. Some lemon biscuit as well. Full-bodied with creamy texture and crunchy acidity. Solid and structured with a refreshing and vivid fruit character. Lingering, chalky finish. 100% chardonnay.
