The NV Champagne Grand Cru Blanc De Blancs Nuit Blanche Brut is entirely Chardonnay and is a bright yellow/green-tinged color. It’s delicately floral on the nose with aromas of citrus blossoms, pear, pastry dough, and chalky earth. The palate opens to a frothy mousse, with medium body and an approachable and charming feel throughout. It is light on its feet and quite charming to enjoy now or over the coming 6-7 years.
