Several parcels making up 12 ha (30 acres). Fermented in tank and concrete and a little bit of oak (foudre) but none new. Tank sample.
A little bit stinky and sulphurous on the nose but clean and tight on the palate. More mineral than fruit. But impressive intensity and length. (JH)
Falstaff (93)
Helles Gelbgrün, Silberreflexe. Feine Wiesenkräuter, ein Hauch von Pfirsich und Banane, florale Nuancen, dezentes Bukett. Straff, engmaschig, elegant, reife gelbe Tropenfrucht, frisch strukturiert, bleibt gut haften, ein stoffiger Speisenbegleiter mit Entwicklungspotenzial.
